I work with companies, public institutions and entrepreneurs to develop business opportunities, adopt technology and build the skills their teams need to deliver.

01 Business Development and Strategy I help organisations assess new markets, define their value proposition and develop partnership and growth plans. I also work with founders to test business ideas and build practical business models. 02 Enterprise Technology I help organisations define what they need from enterprise software, assess ERP and ICT options, and plan how those tools will fit into their daily operations. 03 Training and Facilitation I design and facilitate workshops on business model design, ideation, leadership, delegation, time management and supervisory performance. Participants use exercises and workplace examples to apply what they learn.
